Players dropped may not be picked up until the next week's FA/WW period.
To clarify....I dropped Garcia last night.
He was picked up this morning.
I thought players dropped were locked until the following week.
Is this not correct on my part?

correct, he should have been locked. I'll correct the move later tonight.
per our rules I have reversed Nsab's transaction for garcia. This was my mistake as I accidently unlocked him while doing waivers last night.
