Not really addressed in our rules, so I wanted to bring it up before it becomes an issue:

Our rules state that the tiebreaker for earning a bye is best record, then total points if teams are tied.

However, the rules don't state what the tiebreaker is for two teams tied for the division lead...is it head-to-head (like the pros), or total points?

I can't speak for Brad here, but my interpretation on how the rules are currently worded, if the 2 teams are tied, then it would go to total points.

Anybody have an official answer on this?

Since Brad seems to not be around, as the Treasurer, I'll make my interpretation above the official ruling on the tie-breaker.

From the bylaws written into the MFL site here is the quote

"6 teams will make the playoffs: The top 2 division winners (by record, then total pts) will get the 1st round (week14) BYE. The other 4 teams will be the other 2 division winners, and 2 wildcards with the next best records (record then total pts) regardless of divison or conference. "
