JMO, I am not sure what the benefit of increasing the number of credits is, except that it allows people to divide their credits up into somewhat smaller pieces. It's not real money, so people will probably use the same percentage of what they have available to acquire players.

I guess I am saying that while I voted yes, increasing credits is not why smile.gif

My current reasoning is that given 16-17 weeks (including Toilet Bowl) at 2 players per week for say, 3 credits, would come up to right below 100 credits...not sure where we are going with this just yet as I just wanted to get some thoughts on the matter. Frankly, I hate FCFS as it generally benefits those people who have instant access to their PC 24x7. But we do a scheduled FCFS in one of my other leagues and it works pretty well and takes away a lot of the randomness. Besides that, it seems like every other coach in the league nowadays is utilizing the GTD and I'm just trying at the very least, to give everyone an equal break going into the Sunday games.

I agree that the credits isn't necessarily the issue. I like having the extra window to pick up a player for free if someone is out, etc. Or if you bid on a kicker, etc and miss, you can still grab one. Having the regular waiver window still allows us to bid on the "premium" guys and make choices for our teams. Then you have a backup plan or a little time should something change in regards to a players status.
