Based on our rules, starting in week 13, all dropped players will be locked for the rest of the season and may not be acquired via free agency.

Wow. I didn't realize that. It probably won't come into play, but if it does, that could be brutal.

Where in the rules does it say this? I was looking and couldn't find it.

13. Available Players: Teams may acquire players not on any roster within their league, with one exception. Players cut from a team after Week 12 may not be re-acquired by any team. This is done to minimize potential collusion.
