G, it looks like we are in a win and in situation this week. Good Luck.
Yep it looks like who ever wins our game gets in....just the way it should be at the end of the season, I love it.
I'm having lineup issues this week, hope I make the right choices! Good luck to you too, may the best and luckiest team this week. I just hope it doesn't come down to the kickers, I've been wacked a couple times this year by the kicker position. I got to go against Shane Graham when he went off for 21 points! Oh well.
Willy has already locked up a bye week so maybe he can "rest" a few players this week.

That mud really killed me this week. It had to happen on the double header week.
It's the playoffs before the playoffs.

Did you say payoff before playoff?

Yeah skip, I hear ya, I was on your side this weekend. I would have loved to see Fast Willy Parker get 30-40 more yards or a TD so that you would have beat CEO. If you would have beat CEO, I think I would have got into the playoffs without having to win this weekend.
Guess it was meant to be a showndown between the CEO and me this weekend. That Moss guy on his roster is scary. I'll need afew guys to go off this weekend. I'd like to put 110 or so on the board and see what happens. I've got to go now it's time for that last team meeting with Manning, Portis, Petersen, Braylon, Branch and the Boys, checkin' on health issues and give the final rah rah speech.

Great way to end the season, although I kinda' wish more than one spot was up for grabs in the final week. But it's great to see see two teams go mano a mano for that last wildcard spot.
Here's how I handicap this one:
QB - Drek Anderson has actually outscored Peyton thus far this year, and he also has the far better matchup even on the road (Anderson at Arizona, Manning home to the Jags). Amazing to say this, but the edge goes to CEO and his undrafted free agent pickup against the only QB kept in our league.
RB/WR - gotta' look at these five spots together since CEO is going run n' shoot with 4WRs while gspot goes wishbone. gspot is starting both Viking RBs - not usually a situation you like, but Minny runs the ball so damn well and they get a juicy matchup against the Lions to boot. He also fields Portis against the bills, and his receivers are D Branch at the Eagles and Braylon Edwards at Arizona. If I'm g, I kinda' like having Edwards as a partial hedge against Derek Anderson.
CEO fields Jamal Lewis as his only RB - an ordinary RB, but coming off 2 good weeks and made better by a nice matchup against the Cards - I typically don't like having a QB and RB on the same team, but the Browns have been lighting it up. Cards were pretty tough at home until this past weekend against the 49ers, and they just lost their free safety for the season as well. Three of his receivers are topnotch - Randy Moss is gonna' get his, and Fitz is hot right now and gets a nice matchup against the Browns. Roy Williams is as talented as they come but has been very ordinary the past three or four weeks (ever since I traded for him in the Huddle Ladder, actually), but the Viking matchup is a good one for him. Dwayne Bowe is a fine 4th receiver, seems to get a minimum fo 60 yards per game and can find the end zone from time to time. Bowe lit up the Chargers in week 4, but I still don't love the matchup there.
Tough to evaluate five posiitons all at once. CEO is heavily dependent on that Cleveland/Arizona game, but if you're gonna' be heavily dependent on one game, might as well be one where the over/under is 51. Seems to me that things have to break well for g in order for him to hold his own here - he's gonna' need both Viking RBs to put up numbers and he probably needs Portis to hit paydirt at least once here. I like CEO's lineup a little better in terms of RBs/WRs also.
Ks - call it even here. I like the Giants to score more on the Bears than the Colts do on Jacksonville, but Vinatieri will be indoors while Tynes is at Solder Field.
Defs - don't really like either matchup, but I dislike g's a little less, and we all know Defs score high in our league. I think the Ravens D will be hard-pressed to stop the Pats and will get little to no help from their offense, so while Favre has not been turning the ball over this year as in years past, I still like the Cowboys D better here.
Overall a slight edge to CEO in my uninformed opinion - alot riding on the Cardinals/Browns game (Anderson, Lewis, Fitz and Edwards) and the Viking/Lions game (Peterson, Taylor and R Williams), and to a lesser extent on the Colts/Jags (Manning and Vinatieri) and Patriots/Ravens (Moss and Ravens D) games.
Good luck guys.

Wow, nice evaluation!
No wonder I do so poorly in this league, you guys know your sheet!

got through the first test reasonably unscathed. 7 points for a defense in RAGE is manageable.
Looking forward to heading into the Sunday games. This one will likely come down to Monday night.

Would have liked to get a few more points from the kicker position and a few more from Branch, but overall I'll take it. I did what I said I wanted to do, put 110 on the board and take my chances. I've got 111.80 on the board. Good luck Monday night CEO. If Moss and the Balt def score over 40.20 it'll get you the win and you would have earned and deserved it.

I totally missed that Larry Fitzgerald was out of action yesterday.
Had I caught that I would have had Bowe in the game and that would have only picked me up another 5.5 points. As it stands now I need a miracle to pull this one out.
