You are correct, this is a quote from the rules. I will be adjusting the matchups.

It's kind of a "pick your poison" type of thing. It was either let it slide and face the highest scoring team in the league, or get it changed and face the guy (division rival even) who gave me 2 of my 3 losses. I chose an attempt at revenge.
