The first game of the season is September 4, last year took us around 27 days & we started at the end of July and wrapped up on Aug 22. That gave us just enough time to have a FA run & dress down our final rosters. So this year I'm looking at a start date between the 7th & 28th of July.

So it sounds like a slow style draft, correct? What is the time limit per pick?

I am pretty much available any time though the last week in July is tough but I can do it.

As of right now I am free but I did not make vacation plans yet (not sure I will this year).

I have no holiday plans so anytime is okay with me.

Yes, it's a slow draft & there is no timer although you're encouraged to get the pick in as quickly as possible. There is no draft pick trading so the only holdup would be availability.

I'm pretty wide open for the draft.

June will be difficult but I'll be sure to get my picks in no matter when we do it.

FYI, I will be posting the draft order dice roll thread some time next week. I will be out of pocket this weekend & out of town on business from Sunday thru Tuesday, but I will try to get it posted on Monday. At any rate, expect the thread to be opened towards the beginning of next week.

I will know Monday what one day I might be out of pocket.

Guess I need to start my 2008 spreadsheet this weekend.

Just a FYI I planned my vacation to Mexico.

I will be gone from August 15 - 22

Vacation July 7th -11th.

August 29th I will be hung over and playing golf.

Daughter's surgery will be on July 15. Other than that day, I am available anytime everyone else is and frankly I could probably use a diversion around that time anyways.

Monday July 14th sounds like a good day & we can probably have things wrapped up before Ted leaves for Mexico. Anybody have any other plans lemme know as soon as possible. I will give The Shiznit time to get aquanited & will post the dice roll thread by the end of the week.

I'll be on a cruise the week of August 11th without any cell/internet access. The sooner we can start the better and I'll just make sure to predraft the best I can while I'm gone.
