Just want to get things nailed down, in one draft and 5 more coming up.

This has been an exurcurating process this year. Don't even have all league members nailed down or league size set. Need to go in hurry mode to settle items.

For me, August 24 looks to be my only "no" date.

I'm on vacation from August 14th thru September 1st. (Yeah, I know)

I probably won't have much if any PC access the first half of that time...

sundays and mondays are best..... earlier aug is better than later (we are going to be moving)

Based on these, we better get rollin..........and fast!

Always in favor of drafting as close as possible to the start of the regular season.

Hate drafting early & then starting off the fantasy football season with an incomplete roster because some player(s) I drafted end up out for the year (or for that matter, any amount of time) due to a pre season injury.

Especially hurts when it's one of your high draft picks. A FA move before the start of the fantasy football season rarely makes up the loss.

Somebody PM me...when we decide. I am pretty free except 8/20-9/1...the sooner the better.

I believe at this point 8/22 is the only date I can't do (have another draft at 8pm PST).

I'd like to reiterate that I may be somewhat of a problem. Was hoping we could have gotten the draft lined up a little quicker.

How about a live draft the evening of September 1st (Monday holiday). Or is that too close to kickoff of the season that Thursday?

I get home from work on Mondays @ 10:00pm sometimes 10:30pm CDT......... I'm up for it when I get home

I've been informed Labor Day is a HUGH sale day, I'm open ta close 9-9........sunday Aug 31 I just work 11- 6 and can be home by 6:30pm central ........I'm totally comfortable doin pre-selects or gettin someone to draft for me too

Grunge is on vacation until the 1st. Preselects likely won't work for a fast live draft.



I am now thinking on doing it on Wednesday the 3rd, starting as early as possible. Anyone have a problem with this and when is the earliest you can start?

I will now likely have access to a PC most of next week, Tuesday thru Thursday for sure. If we wanted to pick one of those nights instead of waiting until the last minute I could make it work. I'm OK with waiting until the 3rd but I'm not sure we'd be able to do the whole thing in one evening?

Just let me know when and I'll be there for it. Would prefer not to do it over the holiday weekend.

Deadlines for keepers is 7 days prior to the draft, so it would need to be a quick decision to make the Thursday the 21st work

..... but busy moving the holiday weekend. i am hoping i can get internet installed on that monday, but no idea if they'll do it on labor day yet.

Now it looks like 9/1 is the only date without a conflict. But at a time that is late for the east coasters for a full draft that would be needed that close to the season.

Nuke indicated that he might accept a substitute drafter, and if that date works out, I would need an earlier start and suggest that nuke use a proxy drafter until he gets home.

I can do anytime on the 1st. Also I fly back on the 31st and should be home in the afternoon (barring any flight disruptions) and available in the evening if need be.

the best solution will be a slow draft on Tuesday. To make sure 24 hours from keepers are set, I will tentatively start the draft at 12 PM ET.
