I don't mind one division. All my other leagues have multiple divisions so having a league with a single division would mix things up a bit.

I would still much prefer 14 teams. I could probably get us a 13th.

If 4, we'll do a 14 week schedule and you'll play everybody once and 3 random teams twice.

Four sounds about right.

Based on the massive discussion, we'll go with one division of all 12 teams. 4 teams make the playoffs. Regular season will go weeks 1-14. Playoffs 15+16. You'll play everbody once and 3 random teams twice.

When I get more of a chance, I'll adjust the rules to reflect this and change the payout structure slightly to account for only 4 playoff teams.

Make it so I play Tony 2 times. The more I play him the easier it is for me.
