Don't know if we normally do this, but I like to see the divisions be based on the draft spots

4,5,6

7,8,9

10,11,12

That's how I normally do it, except I go 1,5,9/2,6,10/3,7,11/4,8,12.

I don't like giving the top drafters more of an advantage then they've already got.

Putting then 1,2,3,4 groups all the top drafters in same divsion, so they can take their one horse ponies and beat up on each other, while 9,10,11,12 can use all their WR's against each other

I thought our new format was going to make all our worlds equal?

We approved the 3RS, which isn't nearly as equal as the 3RR, but it's better then the serpentine.

Serpentine gives top picks 8% better players based on ADP
3RS gives top picks 5% better players based on ADP
3RR gives top picks 2% better players based on ADP


The 3RS is more equal, but still not completely based on the ADP rankings using the draft calculator.

After the top 3 or 4 picks, I don't think it's so cut and dry with the 3RS. It'll be inetersting what happens after the first 3 or 4 people pick slots 1-2-3-4.

For as long as I have been i the league it has been 3 divisions of 4.....so are we looking to change that or keep it the same.

as far as alignment goes, I don't really care. IMO the draft spots change for each team every year. It's fine for me to just keep the divisions as is. No need to make extra work. JMO.

It's been changed. I think it worked out that your division is the same as last year.
