Very timely live scoring up dates. Extremely easy to use and very customizable as to what is shown. Follows all 14 of my leagues at the same time once set up.

That's pretty much it. You put your MFL League Number(s) in and it updates everything. All teams, rosters, Live scoreing. Then each week you have it up date your league(s) after the first game starts and it updates starters for all teams in the league and gives you the info. If the league allows teams to change starters up until their game starts, you need to update it a couple of times. I usually do it Thurs for Thursday games, Sundays morning and as Monday night game starts.
