Same as last year:

1. I roll for everyone. The lower roll gets the lower spot

2. I roll one time which applies to each conference, 20 dice 1000 sided

3. Before rolling I assign everyone a number 1-16

4. You get the dice roll which matches your number (i.e., spot one gets dice 1)

5. If there are ties, dice 17 is assigned to the lower original number in the tie, dice 18 to the higher original number in the tie (ie, player 3 and player 11), dice 19 and 20 to tie number two (the higher numbered tie) following the same procedure

6. I will send the roll to several members so everyone knows its on the level ...

I thought the lower the dice roll, the lower the draft spot, as in 1 is a lower number than 16. Oh well, I'm used to having no running backs in this league.

This should probably be clarified, but I suppose it's fairly common to see the 16th pick as a "lower" pick than the #1 pick.
