Limit it to only (Max 2 drafts). For instance we haven't had the 2008 draft yet so we would be able to trade 2008 and 2009 draft picks.

Change this rule to allow for pickups up to the player's game time. So, the Thursday players are locked from being dropped or added after they kickoff, but can still pickup Sun and Mon players before their kickoffs.
