Does the waiver process start after the week 1 games?

It is currently first come, first served until kickoff of the first game. Then the waiver order selection follows the first weeks games with requests due every night by Midnight Pacific Time.

I changed the times so it would be more fair to the west coast guys. It will still open back up for first come, first served at the normal time - 7:00 a.m. EASTERN time.

If anyone has a problem with allowing the west coast guys until midnight, let me know. I didn't put it to a vote, I just figured it was the fair thing to do.
