now that we are finished drafting I'm curious to see how we handicap the rosters....
Canadien Pimps, Drunken Knights, Marauders are the top 3 drafts IMO*
*of course not considering my own team, which I am biased towards.

I like the Drunk Connection...I mean twiley and bier.
I think the Cavemen and Skrappers can be contenders.

I thought so too, but I'm now 0-2. Just great.
One thing I have learned in FF....you don't really know how bad your team stinks until the draft perfume wears off.
In your case, it's pachouli.

Well, after the draft I had some concerns regarding Steven Jackson, Lawrence Maroney and Vernon Davis. It turns out that these three were the weak links of my team.
Had I listened to my own preaching and looked over SJax for Portis or MBIII, I would probably be looking at a playoff spot. Cest la vie.

I really think you can't name a "team to beat" here. If it was a best 4 of 7 series, I'd say my team at full strength. Gore, Forte, and Bush with Warner is tough to top. A little Witten and WR help and it's a big scoring team. Any given Sunday....there are a few rosters with better updside ISMHO.
