Is the Suppl Draft over? Just kidding. It is going to go to the 2nd pick,.....right? g-yawn2.gif

While we wait, here's a HDID question. My 11-year old son, Gabriel, was FFL champion last year-drafting out of the #1 spot (I helped, ....but final decisions were his). This year he drew the #11 spot in a 12-team league and he's out to prove he can keep his crown regardless of draft position.

He looks to be in pretty good shape. The RB depth is really good and offers some opportunities to trade for some improvements elsewhere.

I'm not sold on the TEs based on their QB situations, but I'd take a wait and see approach on them and see what happens.

The QBs are decent. I happen to like Cutler a lot this season, but there are others who aren't expecting anything special.

The WR position could definitely use some additional help. Meacham, Avery and Hardy would not make me warm and fuzzy and even Bowe needs to show that he can put up good numbers again in a mediocre offense.

Overall, I'd be looking to trade a RB to get another proven WR. This can be done in a few ways. Trade Chris Johnson to the the LenDale owner for a 3rd tier WR type (Chambers? Driver? Burleson?) or Chris Perry to the Rudi owner (or anyone) to get something a little better (Cotchery? Ward? L Evans?). Or, you could go for the gusto and trade Lewis or Graham to get a 2nd tier WR (Boldin? Burress? Jennings? Holmes?). You can afford to do any of the above and remain solid at RB.

I'd also see if Leinart could be had to ensure that the ARI QB situation in under your exclusive control.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I've explained to Gabriel that it doesn't matter how much Leinart sucks (he IS available). An offense with pass attack potential like the Cards should not have their QB ignored-and I explained that Warner will be on a short leash. We're going to take a long look at Hardy, Avery, and Meacham, and consider dumping the lesser of the three for Leinert as an insurance policy. The WR depth IS a concern, ......we missed Roddy White by three picks, .....had to settle for an equally talented WR (Bowe) who plays in a ghastly offense. Now that Rudi has been axed, we might offer Perry and perhaps Bowe or Meacham to the Kenny Watson owner, in hopes of a significant WR upgrade.
