QUOTE (Roller Coasters @ 9/9/08 5:37am)

And the new record holder for fewest points in a game is the once mighty Roller Coasters.

I actually had Eddie Royal in my lineup at one point and then changed my mind.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Sep 9, 2008) In a week 1 Any Given Sunday FFL intra-divisional battle, Chief's Warriors embarrassed a hapless Roller Coasters team by a score of 70.65 to 36.60.
Chief's Warriors were led to their 34.05 point victory by a 34.15 point effort from Drew Brees, who beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 343 passing yards and 3 passing tds. With this performance, Brees was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 1. They also got help from a 16.20 point effort from Anquan Boldin, who got by the San Francisco 49ers defense for 82 receiving yards.
"This was a good win for us," Chief's Warriors coach Chief said.
Roller Coasters were helped out in a losing cause by a 15.40 point effort from Tony Scheffler, who snuck past the Oakland Raiders defense for 72 receiving yards. They also got help from a 10.00 point effort from Edgerrin James, who got by the San Francisco 49ers defense for 100 rushing yards.
"We dug ourselves a deep hole," Roller Coasters coach Gary Stroh (Roller Coasters) said.
Causing further embarrassment, Roller Coasters could have scored 73.2 points and gotten the win with their best lineup, but Gary Stroh (Roller Coasters) left key players like Eddie Royal and his corresponding 30.50 points on the bench.
This brings the record for Chief's Warriors to 1-0, and drops Roller Coasters to a record of 0-1.
Coming up in week 2, the 0-1 Beer Me! are at Roller Coasters, where Roller Coasters are an early 109.2-point underdog, while the 1-0 Crazy Train are at Chief's Warriors, where Chief's Warriors are an early 50.1-point underdog.
