I know there were several idea put fourth on drafting.

1. Use a 3RR draft , reverse the 3rd round only
2. Keep serpentine and base off of dice roll
3. reverse order of previous years draft , then every other year , re roll for positions
4. Use 3RS draft , reverse the 3rd round and continue in reverse order for remainder of draft


Let's try to narrow this down to 2 selections and go from there.

The 3RS has been interetsing in Bling. I kinda like that. It still gives an advantage to the top few picks, but after that, it is debatable on where you want to be.
