"If in the event that an issue must be solved urgently, and time precludes a robust discussion, the Commissioner’s powers to rule on an issue are all encompassing and omnipotent."
Therefore, I now offer what I feel is the fairest judgment: If the Baltimore/Houston game does not go this week, it should be treated as a bye week for those players.
This is the only ruling that makes sense. If the game is postponed until the end of the regular season, it will be after our playoffs. There is also a rumor that The Texans' bye week (Oct. 26) is a possible make up day. The Texans and Bengals have the same bye week. The Ravens' bye week is Nov. 9. The Texans host the Bengals on Nov. 9. The Texans could host the Bengals on Oct. 26 and the Ravens on Nov. 9.
Make your plans accordingly. If you need to pick up a free agent for this week, do so following our rules. No special considerations are going to be made. Particularly if the game is moved to the Texans' bye week as this will mean that Baltimore and Houston simply traded when they had their bye week.
