I didn't get credit for Reggie Bush's punt return TD. Can this be adjusted manually?
Smackdown
Isn't that a defensive TD?

Defense/Special Teams gets credit for that one. Sorry.

Sometime the living scoring does have issues with scoring plays. Take notice of the stats after a game has been completed and you usually always see a (Not Official) in parenthesis meaning that the score may change. I will take a look at it tonight when I get home from work (and my son's first flag football game). If it needs to be adjusted, I will manually handle it, if it didn't already get changed from the official scoring. You will get credit for the TD as we have a blanket D/ST so the NO D gets the points for the Bush TD.

I also noticed something that I think we should adjust (not this year, but next). I played the Panthers D yesterday and it said they gave up 17 points, but in actually only 10 points. It wouldn't have changed by D points for the game, but 7 of those points game from a blocked punt that resulted in a ST TD and should have been taken out of the 17 points charged to the Panthers D. MFL does allow this to be scored that way, so I suggest we impliment that for 2009 and it doesn't happen often, but it could a few times and you hate to see your D be penalized by a bad pick for six by the QB or a ST TD that runs up the total score. Just a comment to conisder for next year.

He doesn't have the NO D. He thought he would get credit for Reggie Bush.

I'm not sure a change is necessary. As soon as the ball changes hands, the Panthers are on D, so I say we leave it.

oh... I just assumed that TD would get credited to Bush, that's how most other leagues I've been in scores things.

It wouldn't have mattered anyway. 3rd highest points scored this week and I still get stomped. Good game Dave clap.gif

On that note, I'd like to thank Los Borrachos for the bye this week.

My other teams are kicking ass. This one, not so much.

Sorry, I didn't realize the question was posed about Bush getting the punt TD as an individual player. Most of the time the returners for both punts and KOs are not top of the line offensive players, so we have been using the D/ST for those types of scoring. That is one of the reasons the Chicago D is so good because they get the points from Hester's TD returns. Sounds like this has been resolved since it was scored correctly per our rules and not a MFL scoring error.

BTW, Ripley... nice game last night. You had taken over the lead for a brief time so I was watching the entire game to finally see separation of our scores as both Jackson and Witten had pretty good nights despite DJax idiot early TD toss to the one yard line.... Fortunately, Westbrook, who I own in a money league was helping that squad come back from a 28 pts deficit so I was not too upset about the TD going to him instead of DJax. wink.gif

You have a good team and I was worried about Boldin's huge day, but I liked my chances matching up Witten vs. Crayton last night. Warner my 16th round pick and my supplemental draft pick of DJax has turned my team into one that could really challenge for the title this year, as I now get back Steve Smith this week, after getting the top score without him in my lineup. biggrin.gif
