How do we go about propssing trades on MFL. Looks like it is locked out right now.

When I can get into the site, (sometime later today), I will fix that. You should always be able to do that but who knows what setting I botched up?

Figured it may have been locked out for the playoffs last year.
I guess it is turned on now. I turned on all the abilities of the owners. 
Looks like I don't need to make any trades just yet, since according to MFL, I am a 93.5 point favorite on the road this week:
