Torn
I continue to shake up my squad.

yellowdog's team gave up Perry, Chris CIN RB;Slaton, Steve HOU RB;Welker, Wes NEP WR

Boston Massacre gave up Betts, Ladell WAS RB;Portis, Clinton WAS RB;Royal, Eddie DEN WR

I've now traded off my 1st and 2nd round picks within the first 3 weeks of the season.

I felt like I needed to take this chance on getting 2 starting RBs for 1, even if the one is better and certain to hold his job all season.

On a side note, last week I was laughing at myself for picking Rudi Johnson as my RB3 and dropped him. Now he's starting. What a crazy season so far... This is just not my year! g-bash.gif

I felt like that last year. From my bonehead pick of Cedric Benson at the end of the 1st to drafting Kevin Curtis as I like his potential with the Eagles, but when Ronnie Brown went down, I had to get Jesse Chatman to back him up so I had to drop Curtis to back up my only producing RB. Of course Curtis goes for 3 TDs and 200 yards the week I drop him and he gets scooped up that had the roster spot available. pullhair.gif

To make things worse, Ronnie comes back and lights things on fire for a few weeks, so I drop Chatman to fill a roster spot somewhere else and Ronnie goes down w/ his ACL and I don't have Chatman anymore either.... pullhair.gif

However, since I had such great WW priority early in the season, I actually cobbled together a decent team of misfits from the WW that helped me start a winning streak and somehow, I was able to get help from the other teams in my division and I was able to sneak into the playoffs, before Ninja smacked me around in our first round matchup.

The morale of this story.... is don't give up and you may get some luck and still make it into the playoffs. It is still early with another 10 weeks of games before the playoffs are set. smile.gif
