For a second I thought that I was on the FBL MB.... foolish.gif

Thanks for helping Will realize there is no crybaby.gif in FFL! wink.gif

I had that happen in one of my FFL last year and it is frustrating, but things will even out for you Will.... unsure.gif

It appears everybody is bringing their A game against me. Lucky for me, Lendale got the week off. sneaky.gif

I take back everything I said previously in this thread. Yellowdog is destroying everyone in Points Against. There's nothing like playing yellowdog to get you your high score on the year smile.gif

Nothing quite as embararssing as being last in the league in total points...and still winning your division.

I'll one up ya here.....being under .500, and coming off a 4 game losing streak by barely squeaking out a 4 point win. rolleyes.gif

BUt seriously, I do think the fantasy God's are against yellowdog this year. Could lead the league in scoring and not make the playoffs??? blink.gif Has that ever happened?

If it is indeed a division winner that goes to the playoffs over someone with a better record and more points scored, I would definitely push for next year to either drop that rule and take the top 6 best records/points or reduce the number of divisions down to 2.

I could be wrong here, but it doesn't seem like we play people in our division more often than other people, so divisions don't really mean anything except to assign you 2 random teams in the league that you have to beat to make the playoffs. I think it makes more sense to have to compete with the whole league.

We play our division opponents 2 times, everyone else once.

The Divisions were set up for that specific reason for ease of scheduling. The dice roll determines draft order for the one die and the Divisions for the 2nd die, hence, you play each team within your Division twice and one of the three teams are guaranteed a spot in the playoffs.
