I went to the trade area of HOT and it was stated that trades aren't allowed in this league. I know that the commish has to OK a trade but I wasn't aware that there was a particular time line on trades during the year(other than after week 10). Tom can you clarify please? Thanks.

It's fixed. Trade anytime, Propose/accept, and commish approval.
