Cowboys release Kasper, Kevin CLE WR $1


Note: He is currently on IR, does this still give me a dead year or is it credited? Should bring me to 8 non-homers on my active roster.

You will get the year back, but it has no effect on your non-homers as he is not on your active roster. Do you still want the move made?
