All is okay here, and I appreciate the concern. I'm just swamped with projects at work and remodeling at home. I've definitely been less involved with my FF teams this year, and I apologize for that. I screwed up two weeks ago by not submitting my lineup. As Pope alluded to, this past week was more by design; I can't remember when I set my lineup, but all indications were that SJax would probably go and I knew that my other options were going to be limited to a couple carries (Norwood/Buckhalter).
Even prior to these past couple of weeks, I've been concerned about my own level of involvement. I haven't been as active in free agency as I usually would be, and the slip a couple of weeks ago was embarrassing. I had already told myself (even before this thread) that if I couldn't be more involved in the league next year that I would at least give you guys the option of finding a new owner. I don't think it will come to that, but sometime life intervenes. In general, I don't think any formal rule is necessary. I trust that any of us would step down if and when FF isn't enough of a priority in our lives to put forth the requisite effort. If something odd happens, deal with it on a case-by-case basis like this.
Besides, when I'm actively managing I do things like trading first round picks for Deion Branch and Vince Young. Don't you think my team would be better if I just ignored it?
