Our IR rule has states -
Every team is allowed up to 18 players on their active roster. Additionally, there are 2 injured reserve slots per team. These IR slots are reserved for players placed on the NFL’s injured reserve by their team, or players that will be out for the remainder of the season due to injury (no suspended/retired players).
I tried to place C Palmer on IR but the site won't let me stating the 1st part of the rule. But i think he falls under the OR (bolded) part of the rule.
Can i get a ruling on this?

As far as I know, it's not definite that he's out for the season.
The way I have MFL set up, it will only allow a player on IR ("I" status) to be placed on IR. Any other circumstance would have to be a request for a commissioner override.
