I am not sure when he was put on your roster. The only time the roster commishes put someone on your roster (besides FA) was after the draft. If he did not belong there you should have said something or cut him when roster cuts were due. You did not have to assign him a contract. You could have also cut him any time thereafter with little penalty. Do you want to cut him now?
