why has blind bidding waivers started up again? shouldn't it be FCFS up until game time on sunday?

Blind Bidding starts each week at the time of the first game kickoff and ends on Wednesday's at 11PM est.

There is no FCFS waivers after a game has been played in any given week. Allowing FCFS after a game has played would allow for an unfair advantage picking up a player, such as a Denver RB, after the game had played and an injury occured.

FCFS waivers ran this week from 11PM est on Wednesday to 8:15 Est on Thursday ( 1st game of the week)

Makes sense to me. Sucks for those who get a late week injury or suspension on weeks such as this, but the rule seems fair.
