Why have some teams played 12 games, while others have played 13 or even 14?

Example - AFC East
Bills are 9-3 sneaky.gif
Jets are 7-5
Dolphins are 8-5

The fact that NE had a player thursday gave the NE vs Mia game a score, thus counting the game in the standings.

Notice NE is 5-9 right now. Both of there games for this week are counted.

In 32MH, everyone has the same amount of games played...
