One of the craziest regular season ends up on an unbelievable note with Yellowdog the leader in Total Points with 1554 an average of 119.5 per week missing the playoffs because he also lead the league in points against by a wide margin with 1551 an average of 119.3 per game. At the other side of the spectrum was Proninja who did the exact opposite of Yellowdog by garnering the #3 seed and the NFC South Division title with the 11th best point total at 1172 an average of 90.2 with another equally amazing stat of finishing 2nd in Points against at 1160 an average of 89.2 per game. Yellowdog outscored Proninja by nearly 30 points per week, but unfortunately for him his opponents nearly matched his juggernaut squad on a weekly basis.

Entering the bye week, I like my team.... alot.
My production is spread throughout the squad. So, I don't need to rely on just 1 or 2 players.
My only problems this season were finding a dependable WR2 (found Lance Moore) and inability to choose the highest scoring QB from my duo (Rivers, Cutler) each week.
I think my team is good enough to win.

These Playoffs are big for me.
I"m not sure if anyone has ever done it before, but if I win I will hold both Dugout League titles (Baseball,Football) at the same time.

Everyone needs goals.

Has that been done yet? Eh well, I and 4 others are obviously rooting against it.

My bench outscored my starters this week by 20 points. 96 points is a pretty good week for bench players...

Antonio Bryantdid everything he possibly could to help me. If somehow he could have injured Garcia, the Mafia would have moved on.

Rough playoff week for me fellas...I went 0-3 in my leagues. 1st seed, and two 4th seeds.

In all 3, i was the 2nd highest scoring of all the playoff teams.

Dave, it's you and me for all the marbles.
Quite fitting that the two teams with Byes are the two left standing.
I want to avenge my Week 5 loss to you.
I like my matchups and injury concerns better.



In the Semis there seemed to be a few Manager gaffs.

Ripley was unfortunate to have RBs going in the Thurs game while having a Questionable (later ruled Out) Addai later on in the weekend. You were baited by that tantalizing matchup vs Detroit.
At least the margin of defeat was more than the 26pts Thomas produced on the bench.

RUCrazy stuck without a viable backup QB? That's just poor planning.
I can understand not having an extra TE, but a QB? Didn't matter much with that Westbrook showing.


Oh, and I started the wrong QB again.

I needed Westbrook for my money league playoffs as the other guy has the Philly D and I had Westy with a 5 point lead. MNF for horrible for me thanks to the pick 6 by Dorsey and Reid's playcalling not using Westbrook much so I lost by two stinking points.

My team was hurt by losing Gore, so I hope he is available for this weekend. I look forward to our matchup as my WRs and Whitten will need to carry me, but should be a great game.

I'd also like to mention that these Fantasy Finals has a Carolina Panthers fan pitted against a NY Giants fan.
Oddly enough these two teams face off in the NFL this week with home field advantage on the line. (As per lasy year, this may not be what the Giants want.)
Giants have some key injury concerns - Jacobs, McKenzie, Robbins et al. If McKenzie can't go the Caroline D-line will abuse Booth all day and in turn Eli.
I just have a bad vibe about this game, not to mention the lack of momentum heading into the post season.

My squad running on fumes towards the end with Warner slowing up siginifcantly and Gore missing out on my total playoff run and it cost me. I made a last minute switch to bench Warner due to the snow in NE and it was a huge boost with the great game Thigpen had, but both Lewis and Hightower didn't too much and that was really the difference.

Congrats to Gotz and his double with both FBL and FFL. I really like me team all season and thought this might be my chance to win a Dugout title, but alas, it was not meant to be.

My fantasy playoffs this season has soured me on FFL as my two money leagues were brutal in that I lost one game by 0.5 pts and 2.35 pts in the other that I made the semis and lost the 3rd place game this weekend to even get $50 to make any money at all. Very dissappointing and frustrating to make the playoffs in all three leagues and in extra yard (Westbrook's almost TD last week vs. the Philly D that got the pick six for my opponent and the early hook that Westy got pulled when Philly had the game in hand) would have brought me into the money. It seemed like the FF gods were against my squads as both of those leagues went down to the wire on MNF and I bought the pipe in each of them.

Gotz - My congrats as well. D@mn, I forgot about the baseball league victory as well.

That's pretty miraculous with this crew. I bow to your greatness....

It is nice to see a "Gator" team continue the tradition of Dugout championships!

My season was a success, I just recieved a different kind of win! If I forgot to post the results earlier, I did win my election, and the best part was that it was not even close! (58%-42%).

Even though the Jags did s u c k this year, I have high hope for a thrid Gator national championship!
