The figure for the Battle Royale as posted in the rules is based on having 4 leagues participate. NVN got scrapped for the year because of a lack of interest. That means that only three leagues are contributing to the Battle Rolyale pot, and that it will be 3/4 of the amount listed in the rules.

And yes, only three teams this year.

I don't understand the point of rankings - don't the league champions (3 of them this year), just submit lineups in Week 16 and high score for Week 16 wins the HAG Battle Royale pot??

Finally....are we really supposed to submit Tie-Breaker players? Do we do this in the "Notes" section when submitting lineups?

FWIW, Tiebreaker players are actually supposed to be posted in the forum. I would take them in the notes section if that's where they were submitted, but that's not the correct procedure.

The "Third Tiebreaker" means that if all else fails and there is a tie, whichever team had higher total points for the regular season and therefore was the higher seed in the Royale would win the pot.

So each team will need to designate their three tiebreaker players. If you don't declare players you would lose the tie breaker automatically. If both teams do not declare three players, then it goes right to total points.

Tiebreaker players do not have to be in your line-up...so if you had 2 top QBs you could name both of them as tiebreakers, in whatever order you choose.

Might as well just assume TheCMB is making it to the Battle Royale. Pretty bold.
