The Denver Broncos have announced they have signed RB Cory Boyd to their active roster from their practice squad. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The Huddle's Take: Usually this wouldn't be news, but the way Denver has gone through running backs this year, Boyd could be starting by the end of the game this week. As far as things go, adding him to your roster can't be considered a bad move at this point. With Tatum Bell the likely starter this week and virtually no one behind him, Boyd is one 'tatum' moment away from the main job.
