I would like to commish a playoff/super bowl contest offering it up to all team owners in the leagues I've played in which would include all of you. I played in one hosted by TheOhioState last year and it was great fun and I made watching the SB way way fun (and I won the league!), so I'd like to be involved a couple of them.

I've never hosted in MFL before. Is post season only free if you are commish or is it open to anyone who has participated in the league. If it is only to the commish, FW would you consider hosting such a league? TOS's entry was $15 and the top three finishes were paid out.

Okay, so I've got 7 people interested from my other leagues so far and sent out an email yesterday only yesterday. Low tech owners so many may not have paypal capabilities-they usually send me money. I'm one of those low techies but my husband has paypal and I've used it to buy my used golf clubs and Tommy Bahama clothes biggrin.gif

I looked back on TOS's league last year. This was a BOTH league and you paid in $15 and did a 60/25/15 split and had 17 sign up-just for a reference.

One more thing-in one of my leagues it's all of my retired golfing buddies. They have commented they'd llike to keep the entry fee low because much of their wealth, inclduing my own, vanishing over the last few months. So, like them, I'd like to keep it to $10-$15 entry.

SM - I didn't see where to host such a post-season party. Is there a module on MFL? How did TOS do it last year?

If you go to the site's homepage there is an icon to start a post season league. I actually set one up but I'm not sure it got set up right. I've never set up a mfl before . FW, if you set it up I am willing to be the bill collector and hand out the distribution.

Here's the link:

http://www.myfantasyleague.com/ On the right side of the page you will see a link for free playoff leagues.

I can also pm you the league I set up and you can see if it is set up correctly with the right defaults. I haven't sent out any invites yet.
