Well, Mike, it looks like it's come down to you and me... If there's one thing I've learned, it's that anything can happen in the final week. Nice pickup in Branch, by the way... I had put in for him as well. Don't know for sure if I would have started him or not, but I figured he was one of the top FA's out there this week. Not sure yet if I'll go with the 3rd RB, WR, or the 2-TE set. Should be a fun matchup.

Here's to hoping that we both start the best lineups available and that the best team prevails.

I'm really amazed my team was even competitive this year. I drafted for 2010 and didn't even consider contending. Gonzo and Slaton, along with the pick up of Cassel have carried this team. Good Luck Gophers. Your team has been the favorite all season and you did a dynamite job with it this year. I'll need a little more of that magic I've been riding all season to win, We both earned our spots in the Championship finishing the season #1 and #2 , which is how it should be. I have a few lineup decisions that could hurt or help me. I'm starting Cassel over the red hot McNabb and going with Branch over Coles, as the Jets should be able to run and Seattle may resort to catch up in this game.

Well, I'm the gift that keeps on giving this season this holiday season. 3 Superbowls, I bench Cassel at 12:58 est , just as lineups deadlines are closing and in 3 of my 5 superbowl matchups , costing me a loss in all 3.

Not here... Cassell wouldn't have made a difference. Cassell, Jordan, Coles, and Hixon... Maybe. But, Cassell by himself would have gotten you only 28 more points than you had... Not enough.

Regardless, I feel VERY fortunate for it to come out like this, considering I went all year searching for a QB (although I guess Thigpen was the answer after all), went without Barber for the majority of the 2nd half of the season, had to go without Boldin in the final, AND got very little from Peterson yesterday.

All I can say is thank goodness for Thigpen, Kevin Faulk, and the TE scoring in this league. Daniels and Miller came up huge for me.

I'll be back next year with (probably) Peterson, Boldin, and Calvin to defend the title.
