This is shaping up to be an ugly day for me - unless there is a drastic upturn in my fortunes soon, looks like I'll need DeAngelo & the NYG defense to combine for something like 50 fantasy points to even have a chance at making it close here ... wish I could be putting up a better fight to make this an interesting championship game for the fantasy viewers.

E2A - garbage time points for me from Brees & Fitz have at least made this a bit interesting - essentially a tie game as I type this (early in the 4pm games) although Grunge has 3 players left to my 2 players ... I hope this is not just a tease, and I can keep it close going into the Sun/Mon nite games.

Yeah, I don't think so. Was looking good early but you stormed back hard. Must have been this thread. That long TD to Fitz was a killer. Why are they still playing Fitz in that game at that point? Santana has done squat. Only 1 XP from Longwell. We're about tied right now. Deangelo AND the Giants defense against Ryan Grant?

I dunno man ... it at least seems like the NYG D/ST has not scored a TD in forever, so I may need another 4-score game from my boy DeAngelo, or that touchdown the Colts D put up for you on Thu nite may be the difference maker here.

Thanks Grunge ... I must confess that I was a bit nervous heading into the Monday Nite game, even with a ~27 point lead ... especially after seeing how fast things can turn around, you had a 30+ point advantage thru much of Sunday, until near the end of the 1pm games. I think that meaningless long TD pass to Fitzgerald with only a couple of minutes to go in the NEP-ARZ game was the turning point ... Fitz had done zilch up until that play, which created a 13 point swing in my favor ... DeAngelo however, is in fact a beast ... best 8th round draft choice I ever made, LOL.

You know......part of the problem with DW scoring so much was that your Giants D score dwindled to zero. I thought that might come back to haunt you.....lol. And I guess next year.....we'll both have more faith in Tashard Choice against the top Ds. Whew...
