I am very sorry for the delay, life has just been way too hectic for me this past year. Now that this is actually kicked off it should go fairly quickly. Remember, if you have any new discussions you would like to add. Please post them in the Rules for Future Consideration thread.

Unless anyone has any objections the rules review period is now closed. Please note that we have one rule change regarding reclaiming waived players.


2008 Rule
QUOTE
4.2 Reclaiming Waived Players
If a franchise waives a player and wishes to reclaim that player, the player in question must clear one week of waivers.


2009 Rule
QUOTE
4.2 Reclaiming Waived Players
If a franchise waives a player, the player in question must clear one week of waivers before any franchise may acquire him.
