I renewed my membership, $22.95, but it will not let me log in. It gives me the message "Invalid username." Anyone else have this problem? My credit card has been charged for it.

Several of us have had that same problem. Probably need to delete your cookies.

How to delete them depends on which web browser you use, ie. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.

With Firefox you can go to Tools, Clear Private Data (note this will also clear your history & any saved passwords). With Explorer you go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies.

Does the "Delete Cookies Set By This Board" at the bottom the Forums main page delete all the Huddle cookies or just the Forums cookies?

If it deletes the Huddle cookies I would use that first since it would not bother any of his other cookies.

I tried everything. I still cannot get in.

Have you called the support number? The guy was impossible to understand but he did have the problem fixed within 15 minutes

I have been on my phone and computer for the last 1 1/2 hours trying to figure it out.

Take note I used the Clear Private Data option first time I had this problem....only that doesnt clear your cookies. Once you click on Clear Private Data, and it opens up, I had to check the box next to Cookies as it was unchecked. Once I did that, my problem was fixed.

Where is this "cookie" thing. On the huddle site somewhere?

go to the homepage> click on forums> below the archives box (rightside) is the delete cookies for huddle option you might be looking for.

I usually find them in the snack aisle at the store.

I just do not understand this. I have never had a problem logging in in the 8+ years I have been a member. I know fantasy football season is not for another 6 months, but would just like this thing resolved.

That only deletes cookies for the message board, not the main site.

Someone, presumably on The Huddle or Support, must have logged me in. I just came back to the main page and I was logged in! So all is good, thanks for everyone's help, like I previously stated, wasn't too worried with the season several months away. Thanks again.

I had the same problem when I renewed. I tried opening the main page in a new browser for the hell of it and it worked.
