As for payout, there has been some mention of raising the entry fee to $50 or possibly giving more of the prize money to the winner of each division. Please share your thoughts. I am open to either suggestion, but fear $50 may have inverse effect on holding 60 teams strong.


Those that do not want to use LeagueSafe, contact me via pm and I can accept funds by paypal or check, then I will deposit the money into league safe on your behalf. I would much rather you use LeagueSafe yourself, but understand those unwilling to pay online.

Id be all for going to $50, but I agree it might detract some from joining. Im good either way on that...

I say play it safe and keep it $25. I'm fine with $50, but I think this league should be more about bragging rights against The Huddle's best.

$50 would make it harder for me considering our economy over here is running at about 65 cents to your dollar

25 is good with me (times are a little tough)

Lets make it $30. Revise the structure so the league winner gets a little bit more but use the extra $5 per to give to the #1 overall high scoring team across all leagues.

Thing is, it will be hard to get 60 to come to an agreement so if we make a change, make it small and just implement it across the board.

I really don't think this league should be amount money. This should be THE league in the Huddle and people should be testing themselves against the best here for that reason only.

We're gonna leave the entry alone.


It's too damn hard getting 60 people together and this could complicate matters. If we lost 10 owners due to it, we'd be hurting to fill the league.

A little note about payment. I am anti bank as most guys I'm in BoTH leagues here with can attest to. Once everything is up and teams are decided on, give me a hollar and an address I can send a money order to.

A bit late on this subject, but I agree to keep it at $25 also.

the email is a site generated email to all league members not paid up, so everyone that isn't paid will continue to get it .

OMG those emails are ANNOYING!! But effective I must say lol. Ok I've got all my sons supplies and personal goods needed for his dorm room. He leaves for college in 2 weeks and I just bought my 15yr old daughter her stuff for her sophomore year in High School. Good lord I'm rolling pennies right now for smokes. At any rate...I leave for a 5 week gig in Michigan (Red Dawn re-make I'm being told) so hold onto your shorts. The measly $25 will be on its way. PROMISE!!!!
