i haven't been around much this year..... did i miss any rule changes?
i bring this up because there are 2 issues in particular that i was intereted in. i thought they were superficially discussed, but i don not remember what happened with them:
- incresing the number of players on IR
- Increasing the numbers of players on our taxi squads
