1) Players can be submitted into lineups right up until kickoff of their game. Once a player's game has started if he is your lineup he cannot be removed from your lineup, and if he wasn't in your lineup, he cannot be submitted later. You can however pick up a player Monday afternoon and submit in your lineup in place of someone you had scheduled to start MNF. All transaction funds still cut off at 10am Sunday from week to week. MFL has been updated to reflect this change.

2) The 24/7 waiver operation has been installed as permanent, it had been voted in as a one year fix. MFL was laready set up or this.


There were a few discussions regarding changing the way D/ST are scored but nothing was passed.
