Everybody give a hand to your two newest n00bs with MSHB II, Do Jaded & Kryptonite. clap.gif beerchug.gif

Very glad to have you both. As soon as we get the teams settled for both leagues I will send you both a password for the league.

Hello!
kryptonite
Thank you for letting me in...I look forward to the season ahead!!

Found the Huddle back in '98...and have been around ever since...pretty quiet on the boards, however, have enjoyed reading the posts and the indepth statistical analysis provided by the many researchers that make up the boards...ahem.... wink.gif

Grew up in Wisconsin so I have to cheer for the Packers, however, I caught the end of Fran's career so I have man-love for him and thus the Vikings...I am a man divided twice a year...which was not too much a problem in the late '70s and 80s...and then Favre showed up and all of a sudden there is a huge MN v. GB rivalry when it was always GB v. CHI....how we forget...

Spent several years in the business sector, served in the Army (infantry) and finally stopped running from what would be my greatest passion...ministry...

Finished grad school / seminary in '08 and currently serve as an Army Chaplain and a church pastor... I am protestant, but I promise we can still be friends...

I WILL NOT bring religion into / onto the boards...just want you to know a bit about me...cool thing about doing the chaplain gig is that you meet all sorts of people where they are in life / on their journey, and walk with them, not trying to change anyone, that is not my job....but now I am preaching...LOL...

Anywho, did the college athletic scene ( CC / Track)...am single, not for lack of trying...LOL...and this is my first Huddle league...normally a commish in 3-4 leagues with work, college, or grad school friends...just moved back to Madison, Wisconsin (Go Badgers!!)...was in KS for a year serving on a church staff...

Love the idea behind the league! I look forward to the fellowship....and often "shallowship" in the months to come....

Bring on the hazing and feel free to ask your questions...

Sorry Krypto, I edited out your personal info as the boards do get spammers quite often. You can re-enter it into MFL when you set up your team & the rest of the league can access it there.

DO Jaded
I'm happy to be part of a league with such a great a purpose. smile.gif

Most of you already know me from one league or another, but for those that don't here's the quick (BJ correct me if I'm worng wink.gif)

I started playing FF back in 92 when I first became an officer in the USAF. I am still in that league with 6 other original members of a 12 team redraft league. This will be my first IDP redraft. I'm now back to 10 leagues for the season (I was a founding member of Corleone which folded) but I think that is just about right for me. With my job at MS (before you ask, I just missed the golden years. Had I skipped the 10 yrs in the AF and come here first, I'd be a retired millionaire, but then I probably wouldn't be the well rounded, or at least oval, person I am today either.) I'm on the computer about 6-8 hours a day so I can almost always find time to research, draft, or set a lineup.
Married with 4 kids, currently one in each school level (College, HS, JHS, Elem).

Time to earn some bragging rights. thmbup.gif

You are way too squeaky clean for the huddle. What are we gonna haze you about: the type of milk you drink?
