I have asked the Commish to help me with this, but thought I would also publish it here in the Forum so that there's not confusion.

I am making a FCFS Waiver pick up of a player who is not yet listed in MFL. That player is Frantz Joseph, LB OAK.

I've asked that a placeholder be created for my roster until he gets officially added to MFL (at which point the real player can be swapped out for the placeholder).

I don't see a way to create a "placeholder" slot on your team. I can add someone like Jon Alston, LB, OAK to take up the slot, or just wait for Joseph to be added to the DB, then add him to your team. Just make sure you leave room and don't fill the current limit (57).

Or we can create a fake player name for now. I looked at that option but the admins request that it only be used in extreme conditions. So, I figured we could wait.
