Please post your availability here. NFL season kicks off Sept 10th so a good date to start might be Monday August 24th which is just after pre-season week 2 and gives us enough time to draft and take Labor Day weekend off.

I'll be in Iraq from July through December, so basically I don't have any big plans.

Seriously, though, I will have good internet access, but you might have to be slightly patient with me once or twice. I'll certainly try to preselect if I can't check constantly from work.

The last week in August I could be at the beach for a few days but I am always available via cell for text or call to make picks. That looks like a good of time as any to start.

I'm getting my MBA and have the Summer quarter right now. My finals will be Aug 31 to Sept 2. So, I'd prefer to avoid the weekend of Aug 28-30 since that will be major study time. However, this is only a request. I realize its lousy timing for the start of the season, so I'll just live with it if the draft goes on then.

Just realize I will be one busy dude the last week or so of August; don't get insulted if my response time is lousy...

I should be around after August 24th, as the weekend prior I will be at a golf/draft weekend as an FYI. So trades might not be processed as quickly as normal as I will have limited computer access during the day. But will try to check in at least in the morning and again at night.

I could also be available if anyone wants me to call them with draft updates or picks.

A quick update on my draft availability:

On Friday I found out that I need hip replacement surgery and my Ortho is booked thru August. I am expecting a call hopefully today with a list of available dates so hopefully it won't interfere with the draft. But I can't see my self saying I can't do it on a date because of a fantasy football draft as I would probably need a divorce after the surgery As always I will get a replacement drafter if need be.

No problem, we'll work around it.

Don't see why you think hip replacement is more important than our draft though.

Surgery is scheduled for September 14th, so no delay of the draft is needed.

I know of this topic all too well and in light of that fact....I can be avail at any time I need to be.

OK, so we'll go with Monday August 24th. That will give us two weeks before the Labor Day weekend and nearly a week before first kickoff. I expect we will be done in about eight to ten days total, including the weekend.

As usual, no doubt we'll run a co-op to help each other out via the magic of text and cell systems.

24th sounds great. I will be busy the entire weekend of the 29th/30th. I will have internet access most of that weekend, but may not be fully prepared to pick when I come up. As long as I have my cheat sheets with me when it comes up, I will be fine. Other than that, wide open except for limited internet access during work hours.

Aug. 24th is good for me as well. Having my iPhone should help me keep up during the week being that I will now have access at work where as before I did not.
