I am in (in case it was unclear before and assuming we have a league this year), but I think we need to begin to hammer things out to see if this league is going to happen sooner rather than later. At least half of the league needs to be replaced making this a difficult proposition. How do we move forward if at all? Do we even have a new commsih?

This has been a solid league through the years and without a doubt one of my most personally successful leagues in terms of championships, but it has often been one of the more "apathetic" leagues that I have been a part of-- a mixed bunch of owners with somewhat high turnover and no real sense of purpose, identity or competition at times. While I am unable to be commish of this league, perhaps there may be a way to reinvigorate this league (bump up of the entry fee, tweak the rules, change up the payout structure, change to an auction draft, try to hand select some new owners, etc.). In any case, I would hate to see this league die, but it has half surprised me that it survived the past couple of years (perhaps in no small part to the departing TOS).

Do the remaining willing participants have any suggestions to shake it up and make Blling happpen for the 2009 season? I think we need to get it together asap to make it a viable option.
