Please read the pinned information on the 3RR draft style before voting. This needs to be voted on NOW, before anymore dice are rolled.

The draft order is going to be fixed anyhow, regardless of what type of draft we'll have. We are setting picks according to the actual role highest to lowest, so no one will be picking the spots
hey Mike & Mike.... I hit the wrong button since I'm trying to watch TV while doing this crap.... I want a regular draft but hit 3rr.... sorry

regular regular regular. this year, 3RR gives a HUGE advantage to picking last, which is already somewhat advantageous in itself.

What happened to the 3RS option which is a less drastic change? The 3RS changes in the 3rd round so the 12th pick goes 1st in the 3rd round, but then the draft procedes with the 1st overall pick getting the 1st pick in round 4. It evens things out a bit without going too far IMO. If the only choices I have are between the 3RR and a traditional, I would choose the traditional, but I like the idea of a 3RS.
Looks like traditional is the one.

The problem we have now is that our draft positions are selected and there will be biases against the 3RS, but I wish we had included that as an option to the 3RR and the traditional draft in the poll.

I think I actually like the 12 spot better than 5-11, but my concern will be not getting one of the 11 players I like in the first round with the 12th pick.
