We are solidifying new owners today and tomorrow (hopefully!).

Vin was on vacation this week.......and Czar is on vacation the last week in July.

SO......I'd like to get this shored up so we can do an offseason FA EARLY next week (week of July 20th) and try to start the draft by Weds night or Thursday. If we can just get it started......I really don't care WHEN if finishes up. Just be diligent for a few days and we can get 3 or 4 rounds done.......then if it takes a few weeks to finish up, so be it.

When I'm sure we have enough owners, an email WILL go out. Look for it this weekend!

I'm in DW2 with Connie.....so hold on to your hats. She's excellent to trade with and will have PatsFans' team near the top in no time, I imagine!
On top of that.....she's an excellent person and team owner.

I neglected to mention that we threw together a week on Cape Cod starting this Sunday, so I'm going to be away for all the busy-ness.

I'll get cracking on some kind of a predraft list and we'll have to hope for the best. I'll have a laptop with me at the Cape, but I have no idea when I'll be able to get online. I don't even know if the house we've rented has the capability.

I put preselects in for the draft, probably 100 names. Hopefully, it'll last through round 4-5. I dropped a couple guys. I'll sift through the FA for some chaff to drop later on.

If I can get online during the week I'll check in. I'll be home Saturday night late.
