Hop, yes, these rules changes would be started this year if passed...and it looks like 2 TE's passed already. We have 3 guys yet to vote and 1 who voted but did not sign so I will rattle their cages in the next few days to get the vote out. Gotham, Denver, Indy and Brooklyn have not signed in yet.

Frank claims that he has voted...which only leaves Gotham, Denver and Indy as far as I can see. I have talked to Indy and Denver. If someone talks to Gotham, please let him know that we are waiting for his vote. Thanks.

Jim Lovall from Denver e-mailed me his votes instead of posting them on the message board. I have copied his e-mail below. With his vote on the 3rd place winner getting the 10 pick, that puts that over the top and that rules, as well as the ability to start 2 WR and 2 TE or 2 WR and 1 TE will be effective this year. Thank you for getting the vote out.
