I'd like to add into the bylaws a policy that we have been following for the past few years.

It would go into the keeper section and read

A player must be kept with a draft pick no lower than the player was originally picked with. For example, you can't keep Adrian Peterson with a 3rd round pick if he was originally selected with the 1st round pick two years ago.

Was this ever addressed or changed? It seems like the consensus was that players picked up during the last three weeks couldn't be kept, but I don't know if it was ever officially decided to be changed in the rules.

You are correct. I will add it to the rules. I don't know if this affects anyone this year. I would say it is too late to check for this year. I will add it in the bylaws.
