Schedule of Events 2009
~NOW (Friday, July 17) thru Monday, July 20th @ 8:00pm ET - Drop any players. You can also start making Waiver Requests if you want, but be aware that I will periodically have to go in and unlock dropped players to be available to you. Just be patient.
~ Waiver Request by Rounds (up to 8) will process on Tuesday, July 21 @ 8:00pm ET.
Please remember.....these are pickups ONLY. Do not put ANY drop requests within the waiver system itself.
~ FCFS waivers will begin an hour later on Tuesday, July 21 @ 9:00pm ET.
FCFS will end Weds., July 22 @ 11:00pm ET.
Again...no drops. Also remember to leave enough slots on your roster for your draftees!
**I have changed the Roster limit to 65. All your pickups minus your drops PLUS your Rookie Draftees MUST come in at 65 or below. So plan ahead.....if you run out of room during the draft, you forfeit your remaining draft picks.
Now for the "overlap"....The Draft.
I'd like to open up the draft on Weds., July 22 @ 1am ET.
I don't really see any problem with leaving FCFS open during that day AND letting the draft begin as well....does anyone else? That way we can get a good chunk of it done before Czar leaves on vacation and Storm goes overseas for business in August.
There is NO TIMER on the draft picks. Please be attentive this week. But once we get into vacations and such....whenever we get it done, we get it done. But I'd hope we could get 4 or 5 rounds done before next week.
I think this will work out just fine folks.
On the MFL homepage, the draft status is updated and so is the calender at the bottom.
